$79.95 |
Selecting the right flex for your fairway woods is an important decision. Too much or too little flex will cause you to lose distance and spray your shots to the left or right of the target line. The information below will help you to choose the proper flex for your G.R.I.P. Hot Steel Fairway Woods.
On a 150-yard shot, you normally hit a...
8-iron or less (i.e., 9-iron, PW, SW), then you should select a Stiff Flex.
7-iron, then you can choose either a Stiff or Regular Flex*.
*If you have a very smooth swing, you might benefit from a Regular Flex, even if your swing is very fast. For a swing that is jerky at the top - when transitioning into the downswing – a Stiff Flex is the right choice.
6-iron, then a Regular Flex is best.
5-iron or more (i.e., 3-5 iron, fairway wood or hybrid), then a Senior or Lady Flex would be an excellent choice
